They are a fun activity that allows participants to train, compete and unwind in a safe environment. It origins from American Ninja Warrior TV show, then become quite popular in American fitness lifestyle. Nowadays it’s gradually becoming popular throughout the world like like TV show Australia Ninja Warrior, UK Ninja Warrior and Indonesia Ninja Warrior TV show.
